We will be by appointment only until further notice - this includes but not limited to bridal, bridesmaids, accessories & mother of the bride appointments & pick ups. Please contact us to book any of these appointments or request one here.
Each bride is allowed FOUR guests for their appointment. You are more than welcome to Zoom or Facetime guests that are not able to attend. We suggest kids under 15 and the elderly stay at home, if possible. If you wish to bring more guests or want to book a bridesmaid appointment please contact us about our options including our private Sunday appointments.
Masks are required for employees & customers. If you enter without a mask then a mask will be provided.
Hand santizer will be available at the entrance of the store. We ask that you use it before entering the store.
Your consultant will be with you every step of the way, to follow with the CDC guidelines, consultants will not be able to assist brides in the dressing room but will continue to clip the dresses for proper fit.
Please be prompt for your appointment. Each appointment will be two hours and will not be able to go over due to the conflict of overlapping appointments.
Cleaning will take place in between each appointment. We will be cleaning each dressing room, reveal room and dresses in between each appointment.
We kindly ask that all guests sit patiently in the reveal room while the bride finds dresses she wishes to try on. We are trying to keep touch points at a minimum, so ONLY brides will be able to go through the dresses with gloves on.
To maximize your time during your appointment, please look at our Pinterest page. We will call a few days prior to your appointment to discuss what you are looking for & if you have found any dresses on our Pinterest page. A consultant will pull 3-5 strong dresses to start your appointment with!
We respectfully ask that brides are intentional with their shopping. We will have a limited capacity of brides that we can work with compared to normal and we always expect to be fully booked. We need to make sure we can accommodate brides with immediate needs and who are serious about making a purchase. Every interaction we have potentially affects our health, so want to make sure all interactions are meaningful.
